Oro Valley Music and Dance Academy

The Music and Dance Academy was founded in 1995 on the belief that a music education is essential to the emotional, physical and academic progress of everyone. The founders envisioned a school where people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds would receive the very best in music education, and in the words of Shinichi Suzuki, experience "educating a beautiful human spirit."

The Academy provides a rich learning environment where European music-school traditions and Suzuki Talent Education form a unique and rewarding educational opportunity. These combined philosophies emphasize quality, discipline, structure, and awareness of self, which develop not only performing but confidence, self-esteem, concentration and determination to meet artistic challenges.
