Scott Campbell
Actor - Director
About the artist: Scott Campbell has been actively participating in the Valley theater scene since moving here from San Diego, California twenty years ago. Scott received his degree in Theatre from Grand Canyon University (whose theatre program is one of the best kept secrets in the state). As an actor, Scott has had the good fortune to work with with many local companies including: Phoenix Theatre, Algonquin Theater, Theater Works, Actor's Renaissance Theatre, Desert Foothills Theatre, and Ethington Theatre. Additionally, Scott has worked professionally as a director, lighting designer, scenic designer, educator, and administrator. From 2001 to 2004, Scott served as the Artistic Director of Theater Works.
This fall promises to be a very rewarding one for Scott, having had the good fortune to land roles in Phoenix Theatre's Cookie Company production of There's Something in My Kitchen, Phoenix Theatre's You Can't Take it with You, and ATPro's production of David Sedaris' Santaland Diaries.
Scott has the great priviledge of serving the arts as an employee of Arizonans for Cultural Development, the Arts Advocacy group of Arizona. Check us out at www.azcd.org. Help increase public awareness and support of the arts by becoming a member today.
