Arizona Opera - Tucson

Arizona Opera has its roots in 1971 Tucson, where it was founded by a dedicated group of opera enthusiasts. Arizona Opera currently produces a five opera season. Attending a live opera performance is one of the most thrilling events in Tucson. All Arizona Opera performances have English translations projected above the stage. This makes the already intensely emotional experience of the story as easy to absorb as the power of the live orchestra with over 60 players.

	Tell-a-friend DeGrazia Gallery In The Sun A National Historic District, DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun was designed and built by acclaimed Arizona artist Ted DeGrazia, who was born in 1909 in the Morenci mining camp of Territorial Arizona. The 10-acre foothills site is open daily for visitors to explore the gallery, gift shop, cactus courtyard, and the adjacent Mission in the Sun, artist's home, and grave.
	Tell-a-friend The Gaslight Theatre It all started back in 1977 when a young 24 year old U of A student named Tony Terry Jr. grabbed a few great friends from the drama department and headed to Alaska! Skagway, Alaska to be exact. They founded the "Mighty Moose Melodrama Theatre" and the one and only production was called Gold Fever! or Danger at Bonanza Creek!
