Tucson Symphony Orchestra Concertmaster Aaron Boyd is soloist on Bernstein's eclectic, introspective Serenade (After Plato's "Symposium"). Barber's haunting and poetic Adagio for Strings opens the program which concludes with Dvorak's masterpiece, the Symphony No. 9, "From the New World," his homage to America.
