    During one of the busiest shopping times of the year, Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance, will present a one of a kind experience this season at Oro Valley Marketplace where shoppers can discover local artwork and vegetarian-options for food in an eco-friendly shopping center. The festival will take place at the new, environmentally responsible 115-acre shopping destination.
