    High Desert Band is a Tucson based musical group featuring Don Hughes, as guitarist, harmonicist and lead vocalist; Larry Lashbrook, who plays guitar, banjo and the mandolin and John June, bassist. Their music is a mix of folk, classic country, blue grass and rock & roll. Performing both contemporary hits and memorable songs from the past, the band has entertained at the annual Tucson Folk Festival, as well as at private parties, local senior residential and assisted living facilities and casinos.
