    They call themselves The Guilty Bystanders. They play lively, original music that would probably be best described as progressive Americana style music with a southern flavor. Put more simply, they refer to it as Southern-Western. John Grant sings and plays guitar with Mike Escalante on bass guitar and vocals, Darnton Lewis on drums and vocals and Mark Whitehead on pedal steel guitar.
