Scarecrows in the Gardens
October 17-November 30, 2009
This fall, to celebrate the beauty and bounty of autumn, the Tucson Botanical Gardens features handcrafted scarecrows made by local businesses and artists. Charming scarecrows of all shapes, sizes and personalities populate individual ramadas and gardens and will greet visitors as they walk along paths throughout the five and a half acre property. Each scarecrow is a unique creation fashioned from botanical, recycled or repurposed materials. Visitors can even vote for their favorite!
